Wedge Compression Fracture
The patient is a 40-year-old housewife. She was operated on the fourth day in another hospital two years ago.
The fifth lumbar vertebra was fixed with minimally invasive steel nails. Low back pain in recent months,the problem of not being straight, and then found that the third and fourth lumbar vertebrae are near the nodes.
It also degenerates and becomes unstable, presenting a state of partial severe hunchback instability.
After taking the MRI, it was found that there were ridges in the third and fourth segments as expected.
In addition to spinal stenosis, the lower fifth lumbar vertebra and the first sacral vertebra are also narrowed.
So I fixed her with an artificial brace and gave her a stable spine.
